Rules of employment to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources
1. Employment to civil service
Employment to civil service at the Ministry is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on “Civil Service” and normative legal acts accepted for its implementation. Each person applying to civil service post at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources system participates at the first stage (contest), and at the second stage (interview) of entrance examinations at the Committee of Civil Service Issues under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan according to test questions compiled by the specialists of the Ministry. Applicants succeeded in both stages are presented to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Selected candidate is appointed to vacant position as a probationer for one year by the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources according to appropriate order. During the period of internship special curator assigned by the Minister controls over the job of the probationer and in the end of internship recommendation is given on advisability of employment to civil service of the probationer. Labor contract is signed with a probationer if the recommendation is affirmative and hence a probationer is accepted to employment of trial period for six months. In the end of trial period the head of governmental body issues an order on employment of that person to permanent civil service according to the terms of the contract and appropriate labor contract is signed with him/her.
2. Employment to non-civil service
Employment to non-civil service for vacant positions at any non-state institution is conducted in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other normative legal acts. An applicant should present the following documents to the administration of appropriate institution for examination:
After reception of all documents a contract may be signed with an applicant unless he/she fails interview with the administration of that institution.
